OK so it does not taste like crust. lets get that straight right now. We keto eaters keep trying to create the real thing- we just cant. BUT that said this is crisp and that is what I need. I think I overbaked a few(makes 4) and underbaked one. SO, the next day I rebaked it and broke it up in my salad. Yummy sub for crutons. As a base for pizza, since it has so much cheese why would I want to add MORE cheese. So, I just put on my sauce, spinach, mushrooms and topped with a little parmesan cheese then baked at 400 degrees for 3 minutes. I enjoyed it for dinner and the next day for lunch since I made 2 balls.
