Sweet Butter Bread with Mango Glaze

  • 1 Pack of Sweet Butter Bread by Maui Keto Treats
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • ~ Glaze Ingredients~
  • ½ cup powdered erythtritol
  • 1 tbsp butter, room temperature
  • 1 tsp mango essence
  • 2 tsp water


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Meanwhile, separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Beat egg whites with a hand mixer until soft peaks formed.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together egg yolk, melted butter, Keto Sweet Butter Bread Mix, and half of the whipped egg whites, do not over mix.
  4. Add the remaining egg whites and fold with a spatula, stop when it just combined, do not over mix. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until toothpicks come out clean. Set aside.
  5. While waiting for the bread to cool down, mix the ingredients for the glaze adding the water one teaspoon at a time. Spread the glaze on top of the cooled cake, then arrange the toppings.
