• 1 pack Maui Chocolate Cream Sweetcake Donut Baking Mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of Keto friendly white chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil , or more
  • Food coloring
  • Easter Themed Sprinkles


  1. Cook the donuts according to the package. Once finished, let donuts sit to cool down for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat chocolate chips in microwave in a glass bowl for 30 seconds, take out and stir, if it’s not completely melted heat for another 30 seconds. Set aside.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a different bowl, microwave until melted for 30 seconds, set aside.
  4. Add coconut oil 1 tbsp at a time to the melted white chocolate chip until you reach the consistency that you want. It has to be runny enough for you to dip the donuts in. Once you reached the right consistency, divide mixture into several colors of your choice.
  5. Once the donut is cooled, decorate donuts with colorful chocolate & sprinkles, and have fun!
  6. Notes: 1. Use toothpicks to draw designs on your donuts 2. Cool dipped donuts in the fridge first before you draw designs on top of it.
